The platform behind

You're looking at it right now.

Sanne's clinic, her school, her shop and her entire Qi Gong universe run on one system — not on six or seven subscriptions glued together. Here's what sits underneath, and what it would mean for your clinic.

When we started, the clinic's appointments were kept in a paper calendar. Course material was scattered. There was no shop, no AI help, and none of it talked to anything else.

The easy route would have been a stack of subscriptions: an agency for the website, one system for the shop, one for booking, one for the courses, one for the newsletter. Six or seven vendors, six or seven logins — and the customer data spread across all of them.

Instead the whole thing was built as one platform. It's the one you're standing on.

Under one login

Everything that's built in

Fourteen tools that would otherwise have been fourteen invoices — gathered under one login, one design and one place to edit.

Online booking

Appointments, prepaid clip cards and payment in the same flow. Plus your own calendar with closures, holidays and manual bookings.

Web shop

Physical goods, digital downloads, gift cards and subscriptions in the same basket and the same checkout.

Learning system

Students log in and follow their programme. The system remembers how far they've come, and exams and diplomas are part of it.

Membership universe

195 video lessons across three tracks, with streaks, a daily practice, milestone mails and a certificate.

AI that knows your field

One assistant facing your customers, answering from your own knowledge base — and one facing you, remembering your material.

Newsletter and mail

AI-assisted newsletter, receipts and follow-ups that send themselves at the right moment.

One login for all of it

A magic link instead of a password, and roles that decide who sees what.

Found by Google and AI

Structured data about the clinic, and the whole site machine-readable for the AI assistants people ask today.

What you can try right now

The proof is the page itself

Book a session. Put something in the basket. Ask Eir about a treatment. There's no demo to request and no screenshots to take on faith — everything you can click here is live, with real customers and real payments.

Sanne edits it herself

Text is edited where it stands

Sanne clicks a heading on the finished site, rewrites it and saves. No admin panel to navigate, no "where was that field", no deployment to request. It applies to every single piece of text on the site.

Behind all of it sits webhouse.app — the CMS platform, which broberg.ai also built, and which is the engine under the site.

Why it went fast

Reuse over reinvention

The core platform took about three to four weeks. Not because corners were cut, but because payments, login, mail, AI and media handling are the same proven building blocks we use across every project.

And everything is driven through a real browser before it goes live. If a test goes red, nothing ships.

Your clients' data

Personal data stays in Europe

A clinic handles health information — the strictest category there is under GDPR. Both AI assistants therefore run on European models: what a client writes never leaves the EU.

The first time someone books, they give explicit consent, and the check sits on the server. Not as a tickbox you can click past.

What it asks of you

Your time goes where you're good

You tell us what your business consists of and how you'd like to work. The rest is ours.

Afterwards you own your text, your prices and your customers — and we handle operations, updates and support.
